Job Description:

As an Cloud Support Engineer - L1 , you will assist the cloud engineering
team in managing and optimizing Azure-based solutions. This role provides an
excellent chance to gain hands-on experience with Azure services, learning
cloud fundamentals, and supporting live projects. What s for the Candidate?

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing and configuring Azure services such as Virtual Machines
(VMs), Azure Storage, and App Services.
* Help monitor and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure. Support the team in
troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
* Learn and apply Azure security and compliance best practices.
* Document processes and learnings as part of the project workflow.
* Requirements: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and Azure
services.
* Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell or
Python. G
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and cloud-based solutions. C
* Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, IT, or related
fields.

Roles & Responsibilities:





* Customer Support:Assist in providing technical support to customers using
cloud services
* Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure
* Troubleshooting:Work closely with the support team to identify and resolve
technical issues
* Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to cloud services and
applications
* Documentation:Contribute to the development and maintenance of support
documentation
* Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for common issues
* Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
engineering and operations
* Communicate effectively with team members to resolve customer issues
* Technical Learning:Participate in training sessions to enhance your
knowledge of cloud technologies
* Learn about cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their respective
services
* Automation:Gain exposure to automation tools and scripting languages used
in cloud environments
* Assist in creating and maintaining scripts for routine tasks
* Customer Education:Assist in creating educational materials for customers,
including knowledge base articles and tutorials
* Provide guidance to customers on best practices and optimal use of cloud
services
* Project Support:Contribute to ongoing projects related to cloud
infrastructure and support
* Work on specific assignments that align with your skills and interests

Must have skills:

* AZ-104 or Equivalent AWS or higher Certification or training.
