Job Description:

*Job Title: Inventory Executive*
*Industry:* Jewellery
*Location:* C.G. Road, Ahmedabad
*Experience:* 6 Months – 2 Years

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Manage and maintain daily inventory records of jewellery items.
* Handle stock inward and outward entries.
* Verify jewellery quantity, item details, and stock records.
* Maintain proper documentation and inventory reports.
* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
* Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts teams for stock-related activities.
* Update inventory data in Excel/software and maintain accurate records.
* Identify stock discrepancies and report them to seniors.
* Ensure proper tagging, storage, and movement of jewellery stock.

*Required Skills:*

* Good knowledge of Inventory Management & Stock Handling
* Alpha Software knowledge preferred
* Basic to good MS Excel knowledge
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive communication and coordination skills
* Experience in Jewellery/Retail/Inventory will be preferred.

*Education:* Graduate / Any relevant qualification
