We're expanding our pharma vertical and looking for someone who already speaks that language.What you'll own:Drive ₹1 crore/month in pharma sector sales within 6–12 monthsOpen new pharma accounts and get us through vendor registration/qualificationManage and grow relationships with 10+ clients around Mumbai, with periodic travel across IndiaWhat you bring:Proven sales experience into pharma companies (any product category — packaging experience is a plus, not a must)Existing contacts within pharma purchase departmentsA track record of opening new accounts and closing deals, not just managing existing onesComfortable with email communication and Excel-based reporting; robust negotiation skillsCompensation: Fixed base + uncapped, performance-linked commission — built for someone who wants their number to reflect their results.Location: Based out of our Mumbai office, with regular client visits across the city and occasional pan-India travel.
