We design and execute high-impact corporate events, conferences, product launches, brand activations, and experiential campaigns for marquee clients across technology, FMCG, real estate, finance, and luxury sectors. Our focus is on delivering measurable ROI through strategic storytelling and immersive brand experiences.ROLE PURPOSE:The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new event and experiential marketing opportunities in the corporate events, conferences, brand activations, and experiential marketing space. This is a hunter role focused on pipeline generation, prospect management, and deal closure in the events vertical.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead Generation & Pipeline DevelopmentIdentify and qualify corporate event opportunities, conferences, product launches, and brand activation projects through direct outreach, industry research, and networkingBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of 40–60 qualified leads at various stages of the sales cycleConduct market research to identify emerging event categories, corporate restructuring signals, and industry trendsTarget companies across technology, FMCG, finance, real estate, luxury, pharma, and EdTech sectors with budgets ₹10L–₹1Cr+Prospect Engagement & Relationship BuildingConduct discovery calls with CMOs, EVPs–Marketing, Event Directors,
and procurement stakeholdersPresent Atraski Events' capabilities through tailored deck presentations and case studiesBuild executive relationships across client organization (Marketing, HR, Operations, Procurement)Maintain CRM discipline and update deal status, contact notes, and next steps in real-timeProposal & Deal ClosureDevelop tailored event briefs, scope-of-work (SOW) documents, and pricing proposalsCollaborate with internal delivery, creative, and operations teams to build client-ready proposalsManage objection-handling and negotiation cycles through closureMeet quarterly revenue targets (target: ₹2.5–3Cr annual pipeline contribution)Account Transition & Stakeholder AlignmentHand off closed deals to Account POC or Vendor with clear delivery briefs and client contextMaintain involvement in kickoff meetings to ensure smooth project initiationupport post-event upsell opportunities and contract renewalsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience:3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (events, experiential marketing, or agency preferred)Proven track record of closing deals in the ₹15L–₹80L range (event budgets and contracts) Experience managing 40+ prospect relationships simultaneously with a disciplined pipeline approachUnderstanding of corporate event ecosystem (conferences, annual meetings, product launches, brand activations)Education & CredentialsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)Fluency in English and Hindi (conversational and professional)Technical & Tool Proficiency:Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) and sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC,
