The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of reservation procedures, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:✔ Handle individual, corporate and group reservation inquiries✔ Process room bookings, amendments, cancellations and confirmations accurately✔ Maintain updated reservation records and booking documentation✔ Monitor room availability, inventory and rate plans✔ Manage and update reservations received through OTA and online booking channels✔ Coordinate with Front Office,
