Our vision is to be a trusted partner in the global energy transition, building long-term relationships with our customers and partners across every market we operate in.About the role We are hiring Pre-Sales and Commissioning Engineers to support our growth across India, Asia and Australia. This role combines technical pre-sales work with hands-on commissioning, so you will be working across the full sales cycle, from proposal through to site handover. The initial 1 to 1.5 months will be spent training in China, and the role includes travel to our Guntur facility in India as well as customer sites across the region.What you will doProvide technical pre-sales support and sales support across India, Asia and Australia, including quotes,



proposals and RFQ/RFP responsesPrepare system sizing, configuration and technical documentation for BESS proposalsTravel to customer sites to carry out in office commissioning, testing and handover if neededProvide post-sale technical support and troubleshooting to customers and resellers in the regionSupport reseller and partner onboarding with technical training and documentationCoordinate with the manufacturing and engineering teams in China on product specifications and commissioning proceduresTrack competitor products and market pricing trends across the region to inform proposalsMaintain commissioning records, test reports and handover documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, mandatoryPrevious international travel experience, mandatoryPrevious relevant work experience in solar, BESS or a related field, preferred but not mandatoryEnglish fluency mandatory, Mandarin an advantageWilling and able to travel internationally on short notice, including the initial training period in China and travel to the Guntur facility
