We work with district administrations and state governments across 9 states,100+ districts and 4,200+ institutions. In the districts we work in, coding literacy runs at 5× thenational average.The RoleWe have important relationships to maintain, but no one is dedicated to doing it full-time.CodeYogi works with senior government officials, philanthropists and CSR leaders who supportus, and partners who connect us to new people. We need to keep these connections strong andbuild new ones.Right now, our executives manage this alongside their other responsibilities. This means delaysin messages, missed follow-ups, and long gaps in communication with people who areimportant to us. Your job will be to fix this.You'll manage and strengthen these key relationships. This includes finding the best way toconnect with people, ensuring regular communication, preparing our executives for meetings,and following up so nothing is missed. Do whatever it takes to keep relationships strong and ensure people value andremember our work.Prepare the executivesWrite pre-meeting notes so executives walk in knowing who they're meeting, the currentsituation, and what to say.Send follow-up messages after meetings so the connection keeps moving.Collaborate with executives and team members to gather the data and stories neededfor your messages.Keep the record accurateCheck and correct the CRM updates made by our AI to ensure all relationship details areaccurate.AI will assist you with tasks like researching people, updating the CRM, and drafting messages,but you'll decide what to say, when to say it, and when something doesn't feel right.At first, executives will stay closely involved and review your work. Over time, the goal is to buildtrust, so they can hand you a relationship without needing to worry.What You'll GetWork closely with our executives.
