Our Chakan facility runs heavy fabricated and machined assemblies, hot stamping, transfer and tandem presses, and pick-and-place automation lines, backed by an in-house tool room.We supply Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Lear Corporation, TACO, Dana Spicer, Volkswagen, Hyundai Construction, Schmitz Cargobull and Nordex.About the role:You are the point of contact between our customers and our internal teams for Sheet Metal Heavy Fabrication, Forging & Machining, and Exports. You own the RFQ-to-order cycle end to end.This is a technical account management role. There is no cold calling and no sales target.



Our customers come to us with enquiries — your job is to convert them accurately and quickly.Key Responsibilities:- Receive RFQs from customer teams and handle the technical queries that follow- Study drawings and prepare the initial RFQ summary- Review in-house costing, prepare the commercial costing, take internal approval, and lead the first round of negotiation- Act as the interface between the customer and our development team on recent product and supplier development- Manage export customers from enquiry through to supply monitoring- Visit customers regularly and build working relationships with their junior and middle-management engineering teamsRequired skills and experience:- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (essential)- 5-6 years in key account management, business development, costing or customer-facing engineering- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, forging, machining or auto components preferred — we will consider strong candidates from adjacent manufacturing- Comfortable with regular customer visitsOther Job Details:- Location: Chakan, Pune- CTC: ₹10–13 LPA- Working days: 6 days a week- Notice period: Immediate to 60 days preferred- Process: 3 rounds — HOD, CEO, HR
