Our office is in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.About the roleThis is roughly 70% HR and 30% founder support. We are looking for someone who can own HR independently, not assist with it.On the HR side you will run end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers), day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, exits), employee relations, and statutory compliance.On the founder's office side you will process coordination, follow-ups across teams, and keep projects moving.You will report directly to the founder.
