Sales CoordinatorLocation: Coimbatore Experience: 1–3 Years Department: SalesIndustry: Industrial Automations Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to handle lead generation, customer coordination, sales inquiries, quotation management, sales follow-ups, and inside sales support for our Industrial Automation business.Key Responsibilities ● Handle customer inquiries, inbound sales calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and sales order processing with accuracy and timely response.● Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through IndiaMART, company website, cold calling, referrals, and other lead-generation platforms .● Make a minimum of 50 cold calls per day to generate new leads and customer opportunities. ● Understand customer requirements related to industrial automations, PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Control Panels, and Electrical Products and coordinate with Sales Engineers for technical support.● Collect technical and commercial requirements and coordinate quotation preparation, proposal submission, pricing, and supporting documents .● Send quotations and conduct systematic sales follow-up, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management to convert inquiries into orders.● Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, lead database, quotation status,



customer interactions, and follow-up schedules .● Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Purchase, Design, Production, and Accounts for smooth execution of customer requirements and orders.● Prepare daily sales reports, call reports, quotation reports, follow-up reports, and sales pipeline updates for management review.● Ensure prompt response to customers and maintain strong customer service, communication, coordination, and business development standards.Required Skills & Qualifications ● Any Graduate / Diploma ; Electrical / Electronics Engineering background is an added advantage.● 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Business Development, Customer Support, or B2B Sales .● Good verbal and written communication, cold calling, customer handling, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills .● Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, CRM, and sales reporting .● Experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical Products, Control Panels, PLC, HMI, VFD, or Engineering Products is an added advantage.● Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and strong in customer follow-up.
