The role involves driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding into new markets. Customer visits for new product launch. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in OEM & Tier 1 segmentsManage key accounts: Bajaj Auto, TVS, Hero MotoCorp, Honda, Mahindra, MSIL, Kawasaki etc.Develop current business opportunities in EV (Motor & Controller), Electronics, and electrical componentsHandle customer relationships,



negotiations, and commercial discussionsCoordinate with internal teams for customer interaction on specific issues if any.Conduct regular customer visits and engagementPrepare Management presentations & Report presentationsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities Required SkillsStrong experience in Automotive OEM & Tier 1 customer handlingKnowledge of Incoterms, LTA, GPA, commercial agreementsHands-on expertise in:MS Excel (advanced preferred)PowerPoint & presentationsMIS & reporting toolsExposure to export sales / international business is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills EducationBE / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical (Mandatory)/Mechanical is also ok if relevant experience.MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
