We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with over 10
years of proven expertise in software development. In this role, you will
balance active coding with technical leadership, guiding a high-performing team
through complex architectural challenges. You will own the design, delivery,
and quality of our .NET-based applications while mentoring developers and
championing engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Team Guidance

* Mentor Developers: Coach team members in software solutions, modern
technologies, and coding standards.
* Drive Agile Delivery: Lead technical execution within an Agile Scrum
framework.
* Promote DevOps: Advance Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
(CI/CD) pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps (AZDO) to automate OpenShift
deployments.
* Code Review: Review code to ensure compliance with best practices and
corporate standards.

Architecture & System Design

* Design Systems: Present, evaluate, and implement scalable design solutions
while balancing architectural trade-offs.
* Enforce Principles: Apply robust Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID
principles, and core design patterns.
* Event-Driven Systems: Architect and build event-driven systems, managing
their specific trade-offs.




* Optimize Quality: Address cross-cutting concerns including performance
tuning, application security, scalability, and logging frameworks.

Data Engineering & Management

* Database Design: Write, edit, and optimize complex Relational Database
Management System (RDBMS) structures in MS SQL.
* Performance Tuning: Optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and
indexing strategies.
* Pipeline Management: Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines
to ingest data from diverse source systems.
* NoSQL Integration: Integrate and manage NoSQL databases, preferably
Couchbase.

Quality Assurance & Testing

* Automated Testing: Write comprehensive, automated unit and integration test
cases.
* Test Strategy: Implement and optimize the Test Pyramid framework across all
testing layers.
* Mocking & Frameworks: Utilize mocking frameworks (e.g., Moq) and testing
tools like NUnit to ensure robust code validation.

Technical Qualifications

* Core Programming Languages & Frameworks
* Required: High proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6 (or above).
* Required Frameworks: ASP.NET MVC and WCF.
* Desirable UI Technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3.
* Desirable Telemetry skills: Open Telemetry, Kibana, ELK stack and Grafana
dashboards.

Database Systems

* Required: Advanced MS SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Views, Performance
Tuning).
* Desirable: Couchbase or alternative NoSQL data stores.

Tools & Ecosystem

* IDEs: Visual Studio 2019 and above, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
* Version Control: Git and Azure DevOps
