Role Overview:

Bangalore, 8 to 12 years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

* Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of
innovation and collaboration to drive project success.
* Design and implement scalable and effective software architectures,
ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
* Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements
gathering to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.




* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and
roadmap, translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and practices to
enhance productivity and quality.

Expected Outcomes :

* Achieve a 20% improvement in team productivity and project delivery
timelines within the first year.
* Ensure 95% of projects meet or exceed quality standards and stakeholder
