SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER – CONCEPT DESIGN

Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design / Architecture
Gender: Male / Female
Budget: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month (6–8.4 LPA)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in Concept Design for commercial interior and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, space planning, presentations, material selections, and design proposals while working closely with clients and internal teams to convert concepts into successful project closures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead concept design and presales activities for commercial interior and fit-out projects.

- Develop creative and practical design concepts based on client requirements, brief, budget, and project objectives.

- Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, material palettes, furniture concepts, and design presentations.

- Create compelling client presentations and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing design proposals.

- Coordinate with the sales/presales team to develop design proposals that support business conversion.

- Ensure concepts are developed and presented within the expected turnaround time of 10–15 days.

- Ensure designs are aligned with the project budget and proposed specifications.

- Work on value engineering and suggest suitable design/material alternatives wherever required.

- Coordinate with vendors, consultants,



and internal execution teams for design feasibility and material understanding.

- Review and refine designs based on client feedback while ensuring minimal rework.

- Participate in client meetings, presentations, discussions, and design negotiations.

- Prepare and maintain design documentation, presentations, drawings, and other project-related design materials.

- Stay updated with current trends in commercial interiors, materials, finishes, furniture, and workplace design.

- Coordinate with junior designers and team members and provide guidance and mentoring when required.

- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

- Ability to understand client briefs and independently develop concepts from initial brief to presentation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
