Job Summary

We are looking for a careful and responsible Packer to pack finished products according to company standards and customer requirements. The Packer will check products before packing, ensure correct quantities and labeling, and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack finished garments or products according to packing instructions.

- Check products for visible defects before packing.

- Verify size, color, style, quantity, and other product details.

- Fold and arrange garments properly before packing.

- Ensure correct labels, tags, stickers, and packaging materials are used.

- Pack products according to customer and shipment requirements.

- Count and verify quantities in cartons, polybags, boxes, or other packaging.

- Seal and organize packed cartons properly.

- Maintain accurate packing and quantity records.

- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products to the supervisor.

- Keep the packing area clean and organized.

- Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage or contamination.

- Follow company quality, safety, and packing procedures.





- Coordinate with checking, finishing, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Requirements
- Previous experience in packing, garment production, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred.

- Basic reading, writing, and counting skills.

- Positive attention to detail.

- Ability to follow packing instructions accurately.

- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily production targets.

- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Working Conditions
