We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Integration Lead to own and lead
enterprise scale integration platform across SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO,
Advanced Event Mesh (Solace), API Management, and related middleware
technologies.

This role is accountable for design, develop, and maintain scalable
integration solutions that bridge cloud and on-premise applications across
global enterprise environments. You will also be instrumental in mentoring
junior developers and driving best practices for integration design, security,
and performance supporting business critical, Tier1 integrations.

Key Responsibilities

* Architect and lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance
integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, and Solace PubSub+.
* Define integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with enterprise
architecture and digital transformation goals.
* Lead the migration of legacy interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration
Suite, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
* Govern and optimize the use of SAP BTP services including API Management,
Event Mesh, Open Connectors, and CPI-DS.
* Oversee the configuration and administration of Solace messaging
infrastructure, including advanced topic routing and durable subscriptions.
* Champion API-first design principles, ensuring robust, reusable, and secure
APIs using REST/SOAP standards.
* Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and
cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and governance
models.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and lead




knowledge-sharing initiatives.
* Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting using
tools like SAP Solution Manager, ElasticSearch, and Splunk.
* Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies, DevOps practices,
and innovation initiatives.

Integration & Technology Leadership

* Provide technical oversight for SAP CPI, API Management, Event driven
integrations, REST/SOAP services, and legacy PI/PO interfaces.
* Lead migration and modernization initiatives from SAP PI/PO to SAP
Integration Suite and event driven architectures.
* Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure operational
readiness for new integrations before go-live. People & Delivery Leadership

* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of integration team.
* Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability, continuous
improvement, and customer focus.
* Drive skill development across SAP Integration Suite, Solace, API
platforms, cloud, and AI.
* Manage workload prioritization and delivery roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

* 14+ years in enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
* 10+ years leading and managing technical operations or platform teams.




* Proven experience in leading large-scale integration projects across cloud
and on-premise systems.
* Deep technical expertise in ABAP, IDOCs, BAPI, RFC, and ALE.
* Strong command of Solace CLI, Solace APIs, and Solace Cloud Console.
* AI-augmented development experience
* Proficiency in Java, Groovy, Python, and integration-specific scripting.
* In-depth understanding of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL) and API
lifecycle management.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and hybrid integration scenarios.
