Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Checker to inspect products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. The Checker will identify defects, verify quantities and measurements, maintain inspection records, and report quality issues to the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect finished and semi-finished products for defects and quality issues.

- Check garments, fabrics, or materials according to approved samples and specifications.

- Verify measurements, stitching, color, workmanship, labels, and overall appearance.

- Identify and separate defective or damaged items.

- Check quantities and ensure products are properly sorted and packed.

- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality reports.

- Inform supervisors or quality-control staff about repeated or serious defects.

- Ensure corrected products are rechecked before moving to the next process.

- Follow company quality standards and inspection procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area.

- Coordinate with sewing, finishing, packing,



and production teams to resolve quality issues.

- Help reduce defects, rework, and product wastage.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Checker or Quality Inspector is preferred.

- Experience in garment/textile production is an advantage.

- Positive attention to detail and observation skills.

- Basic reading, writing, and record-keeping abilities.

- Ability to identify common product and workmanship defects.

- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions
