About the Role

This isn't a typical internship.

CoinDCX Enterprise Business builds India's institutional gateway to crypto,
working with prop trading desks, market makers, algo traders, and family
offices that need compliant, scalable access to digital assets. Some of the
firms in this pipeline run annual trading volumes of $1B+. A handful count
among the fastest, most sophisticated high-frequency trading operations in the
world, firms whose global desks move hundreds of billions of dollars a day.

You will work directly on how CoinDCX identifies, engages, and wins these
clients. This means research, outreach, and problem-solving on live deals, not
busywork on the side. You will sit close enough to the pipeline to see how a
single well-timed reach-out to the right lead can turn into a client trading
$5M+ a month.

You will help build the systems, relationships, and insight that turn a
fragmented institutional market into a structured, repeatable pipeline, the
kind of infrastructure that will still be running long after this first wave of
institutional clients is onboarded.

What You’ll Do

* Research and map institutional prospects across prop desks, market makers,
family offices, and algo trading firms, including some of the largest and most
technically advanced trading operations globally
* Generate and qualify leads, then run structured reach-outs to build




relationships, spark interest, and move opportunities forward with founders,
traders, and decision makers at these firms
* Build and maintain structured databases and trackers that support scalable
outreach and decision-making across the pipeline
* Support GTM execution, from campaign and meeting planning to on-ground
engagement
* Track market, competitor, and regulatory developments relevant to
institutional access to crypto in India
* Translate client conversations into insight that shapes strategy,
positioning, and product priorities

* Want early exposure to how the world's most active trading firms think
about markets, risk, and execution

You’ll Know You’re Winning When

* You've built and are actively maintaining a live, structured database of
institutional prospects, including some of the most sophisticated trading firms
in the world
* You've generated and worked leads through to high-ticket institutional
clients, moving several conversations forward
* Your research and briefs are being used by the team to make outreach and
prioritisation decisions
* You've identified at least one process or workflow improvement that the
team has adopted





Why This Role Matters & What’s In It For You

is building the rails for it. This role puts you directly in that build,
working alongside the people closing the first wave of institutional
relationships in the country and engaging with some of the most demanding
trading counterparties in any market, global high-frequency trading firms

You'll work with the Enterprise Business team, get exposure to real deals and
real client conversations from week 1, and learn how a GTM motion is built from
the ground up in a fast-moving market, at the pace and scale of firms that
trade $1B+ a month.
