Role Summary

Support the client’s Marketing Cloud initiatives by developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The resource will work collaboratively with the client’s team to deliver campaign, journey, and customer engagement capabilities documented within Wipro’s Marketing Cloud practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Build and enhance customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Create emails, templates, landing pages, and reusable assets.
- Develop automation workflows using Automation Studio.
- Configure audience segmentation and personalization.
- Implement integrations between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platforms.
- Support campaign testing, deployment, and defect resolution.
- Assist with performance monitoring and optimization.




- Configure Marketing Cloud SSO using Azure.
- Work with Hyperforce environments.
- Support ICU enablement.
- Implement integration with Service Cloud.
- Configure Journey Builder, audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and Content Builder.
- Implement Einstein Send Time Optimization.
- Configure and support triggered campaigns.
- Support consent management and preference centre.
- Create custom branded email templates.
- Support campaign management and analytics.
- Develop and manage landing pages.
- Support lead nurturing and qualification workflows.
- Implement and manage survey email rollouts.
