About the Role

This isn’t a typical API Analyst role.

You will be at the intersection of trading infrastructure, client experience,
and technical execution — enabling traders to seamlessly integrate and operate
on CoinDCX’s APIs.

In this role, you will work closely with senior team members, Product, Tech,
and CX teams to onboard and support API users including retail algo traders and
emerging HNI clients.

You will play a critical role in ensuring reliability, speed, and accuracy in
how clients interact with our trading systems, directly impacting trading
experience and platform trust.

What You’ll Do

* Support clients in integrating with CoinDCX Spot and Futures APIs,
including API key setup, authentication, and order testing
* Troubleshoot API-related issues such as failed orders, data mismatches, and
connectivity errors using structured playbooks
* Act as the first line of support for API users, ensuring timely responses
and clear resolution paths
* Coordinate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, CX, and Business teams to
resolve issues efficiently
* Track, log, and manage issues through internal tools, ensuring proper
documentation and escalation hygiene
* Monitor SLA metrics such as response time (FRT) and resolution turnaround
time (TAT), and contribute to weekly reporting
* Improve API documentation, FAQs,



and internal knowledge bases to reduce
repeat queries and enhance client self-serve

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

* Have 1-2 years of experience
* Have a solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and JSON-based
request/response structures
* Are familiar with tools like Postman or similar API testing platforms
* Have basic knowledge of a scripting language (Python preferred) and are
comfortable reading or testing API flows
* Understand (or are eager to learn) financial markets, crypto trading, and
core trading concepts like order types and execution flows
* Bring robust attention to detail in issue tracking, logging, and
documentation
* Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders
* Are highly structured and able to follow defined processes while
maintaining speed and accuracy
* Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution, escalating
only when necessary
* Thrive in cross-functional environments and collaborate effectively with
Tech, Product, CX, and Business teams

* You consistently meet or exceed SLA metrics for response time (FRT) and
resolution turnaround (TAT)
* API-related queries are resolved efficiently with minimal escalations
* Issue logging and documentation are accurate, structured, and actionable

* Client feedback reflects strong satisfaction with API support quality
