We are seeking an experienced and organized Room Division Manager to join our hospitality team in Mysuru, India. - Supervise and manage housekeeping and front office staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction
- Monitor room inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment to maintain optimal property conditions
- Manage departmental budgets, control labor costs,



and optimize resource allocation
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with hospitality standards and company policies
- Address guest complaints and concerns professionally, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational alignment
- Analyze occupancy rates, room revenue, and key performance indicators to drive business results
- Develop and execute staff training programs to enhance service delivery and career development
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all room division operations
