Position: Project Manager
Location: Tanzania
Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality delivery, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and site progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project risks and resolve site-related issues.
- Prepare periodic project status reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8-12 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Solid leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
