We are currently seeking a Integration Lead / Program Director to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Integration Lead / Program Director

Role Summary

Senior consulting leader responsible for overall program leadership and execution across M&A; integration initiatives. Represents the delivery organization in QBRs, governance forums, and senior stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead integrated M&A; programs across business and technology workstreams from planning through stabilization.

- Establish and manage program operating model, governance structure, workstream alignment, and decision cadence.

- Participate in QBRs, steering committees, governance forums, and executive reviews.

- Translate integration strategy into a phased execution roadmap.

- Coordinate business, technology, security, finance, HR, and third-party stakeholders.

- Resolve cross-workstream dependencies, scope challenges, resource conflicts, and delivery risks.

- Provide recommendations on integration sequencing, operating model design, Day 1 readiness, and post-close optimization.

- Track program health, readiness metrics, benefits realization, and transition-to-operations outcomes.

- Deliver clear executive-level reporting, decision support, and status updates.

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in program leadership, consulting, transformation, or M&A; integration.

- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise integration or separation programs.





- Experience engaging with executive governance forums, QBRs, and steering committees.

- Strong knowledge of Day 1, Day 100, TSA exit, legal entity separation, and post-merger integration activities.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and technology domains.

- Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills.

- PMP, PgMP, MSP, Secure, or equivalent certification preferred.

- Healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
