Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging learning solutions and e-learning content.

Create storyboards, scripts, visual aids, and learning materials.

Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, DominKnow, Vyond, or Synthesia.

-
Apply ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model.

-
Collaborate with SMEs and Project Managers to deliver learning solutions.

-
Research and implement new learning technologies and methodologies.

Key Skills:

-
Robust instructional design, writing, analytical, and visualization skills.

-
Microsoft Office proficiency.

-
Experience with graphic/video tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, or Adobe Premiere is an advantage.

Exposure to LxP platforms like Degreed, Udemy, or Coursera is a plus.

Education: Graduate -Fine Arts, English Literature, Mass Communication preferred.
