What You Will Do:

- Assist in the design and development of instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and validate training content.
- Support the creation of participant guides, facilitator materials, job aids, presentations, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Apply instructional design standards, templates, and branding guidelines to learning materials.
- Help develop clearly defined learning objectives and basic measurement strategies.
- Update and maintain existing training programs and learning assets based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Support quality assurance reviews to ensure training content is accurate, consistent, and learner-focused.
- Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration activities, including course uploads, testing, and reporting.
- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Stay informed about instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and emerging industry trends.

Education & Experience

2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, education, training, or a related field.

Must Have Skills:

- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Internship, academic, or skilled experience creating learning materials or training content.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating presentations, multimedia content, or educational resources.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices.
