Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 10-13 years of hands-on expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge functional business processes and technical implementation in SAP CRM (on-premise or hybrid environments), including integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other systems.

You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, custom development, enhancements, and support for CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center. This role demands robust problem-solving skills, leadership in projects, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions independently or in a team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex business requirements in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Channel Management processes and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.

Perform end-to-end configuration and customization in SAP CRM (Web UI, BOL/GENIL, Middleware, etc.).

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using ABAP, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Web Services, and IDocs.

Handle CRM Middleware setup, BDOC monitoring, data replication, and troubleshooting between CRM and ECC/S/4HANA.

Work on Web UI enhancements, views, controllers, and custom components using BSP or CRM UI Framework.

Lead integrations with external systems (CTI, third-party tools, SAP PI/PO/CPI, etc.) using standard and custom interfaces.

Develop custom reports, forms (Smartforms/Adobe), workflows, and analytics.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, blue-printing, realization, testing (unit, integration, UAT), go-live, and hyper-care support.

Provide production support, resolve high-priority incidents, and perform root cause analysis.

Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, Basis).

Ensure adherence to best practices, clean core principles, and documentation standards.

Participate in S/4HANA migration or CRM to C4C/Sales Cloud transition projects (added advantage).

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Expertise:

Strong knowledge of SAP CRM processes (Sales, Service,



Marketing, IC, TPM/CBP).

End-to-end Lead-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash integration with SAP SD.

Master data management (BP, Products, Org Structure).

Technical Expertise:

ABAP programming (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms - RICEF objects).

CRM Web UI configuration and development.

Middleware, BDOCs, qRFC, ALE/IDocs, Web Services (SOAP/REST).

BOL/GENIL layer, BSP, and object-oriented ABAP.

Debugging, performance tuning, and authorization concepts.

Tools & Technologies:

SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA integration experience.

Exposure to SAP Fiori, CDS views, or SAP BTP (preferred), SalesForce Integration

Experience with Solution Manager, ChaRM, and Transport Management.

Skill Requirements

10-13 years of relevant SAP CRM experience, with at least 4-5 years in a techno-functional or lead role.

Experience in 3+ end-to-end SAP CRM implementations/support projects.
