We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to lead
the development of full-stack solutions. This role involves guiding a team,
architecting robust systems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software




in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Get to Do:

As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in contributing to delivery within
a collaborative scrum team, providing technical guidance while supporting
high-quality outcomes.

* Contribute to the design and delivery of features, including coding,
optimisation, automation, and ensuring alignment with architectural and
performance standards

* Collaborate with the team to plan, estimate, and deliver work through backlog
grooming, sprint execution, and releases to production

* Support uplift in development practices, CI/CD automation, and AI
capabilities across the team

* Foster a positive, collaborative environment to deliver robust, scalable, and
pragmatic solutions

* Champion robust engineering practices, contribute to managing technical debt,
and support the team’s technical direction
