As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the back-office functions within our company. Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that our customer care team has the necessary support to deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee back-office operations, including workflow management and process optimization.
Collaborate with the customer care team to identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks.
Implement and maintain effective systems and procedures to enhance overall operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of back-office operations with other business functions.




Train and mentor back-office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or back-office role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of back-office processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
