Job Summary
This role supports the Cloud Subscription Data Management team by managing critical subscription-plan operations, stakeholder engagement, service-level delivery, and process improvement initiatives. The position helps ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused execution across cloud renewals, new business, order booking, provisioning, invoicing, terminations, and executive escalations.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the team meets defined service-level commitments for productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
- Manage projects through the full development lifecycle, including risk identification, mitigation, execution, and closure.
- Lead CSDM projects and stakeholder calls using solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud business processes.
- Provide process guidance across order booking, provisioning, invoicing, terminations, and related operational activities.
- Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardized ways of working.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and promote customer-centric collaboration across functions.




- Develop and maintain training frameworks for new operations team members.
- Own executive customer escalations, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and ensure timely closure.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
- Experience managing operational processes, service-level commitments, productivity, quality, and turnaround-time expectations.
- Strong project management skills across the full development lifecycle, including risk identification, mitigation, execution, and closure.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud business processes, including order booking, provisioning, invoicing, and terminations.
- Ability to lead stakeholder calls, manage cross-functional relationships, and drive customer-focused outcomes.
- Experience identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational synergies.
- Ability to create or maintain training frameworks for operations team members
