Your tasks
* Responsible for customer relationship with 2 Wheeler OEM’s space in India
leading to recent business acquisitions.
* Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with
decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions.
* Checking contracts and documents (orders, purchasing and warranty
conditions), analyzing the deviations from existing agreements, evaluating
the changes and developing a statement in cooperation with other specialist
functions, negotiating with customers.
* Independent coordination and presentation of the annual acquisition, sales
and turnover as well as competition planning for the customer account.
* Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product
business units.
* Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; analysis of feedback, definition
of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness (“Customer Coordinator/Customer
Satisfaction Coordinator”).
* Coordination of sales activities with international characteristics and
higher complexity (e.g. number of locations, product variety).
* Preparation of offers in the assigned product area based on customer
inquiries.
* Presentation and negotiation of the offers with the customer within the scope
of the negotiation scope defined in advance.
* Review of contracts and documents (orders, purchase and warranty conditions)
as well as analysis of deviations from existing agreements, evaluation of the
changes and preparation of a statement.
Your Profile
* Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed college/university. Degree in business
administration will be added advantage.
* 8+ years of professional experience in sales with automotive industry
