You will work closely with various stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business units, to drive contract strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute contracts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all contract-related tasks.
Review and analyze contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements.
Provide commercial support, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and value-added services.
Collaborate with legal and business teams to develop contract templates, playbooks, and best practices.
Maintain contract documentation, including version control and storage, to ensure easy access and retrieval.




Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a strong preference for a legal background.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record of successful contract execution.
Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulations, with the ability to apply legal principles to practical scenarios.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
