multinational construction and engineering company based in Mumbai. The company
provides infrastructure services and is involved in the construction of
infrastructure projects such as viaducts, flyovers, metros, bridges, pipelines,
roads, ports, barrages, oil and gas projects etc.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 01

Piping Design Review

* Provide skills, Integrity, and knowledge in key areas of discipline
engineering, including design codes and current valuable engineering practices.
Understand client needs, identifies and address design parameter and problems
and develops and implement solution.
* Create career development programs for the team and develop medium term
planning for the growth of the process.
* Independently evaluate, organize and priorities work which is normally
subject to internal checking and approval.
* Oversee and ensure feasibility study- conceptual, basic and detailed
engineering designs that are carried out by the piping discipline are in
accordance with project requirement.




* Piping studies and Routing of lines and development of equipment layout,
hands on experience on 3D modeling and development of pipe support standards.
* Review tools like Navisworks and Smart Plant Review (SPR).
* Conducting model review and extraction of GADS, Isometrics & MTO and
generating of SPR from 3D model.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 02

Piping Design Review

* Preparation of Piping material specification and Valve material
specification.
* Minimum Pipe wall thickness calculation.
* Preparation of valve datasheets and valve lists.
* Checking and issue of equipment layout, piping GAD, support GAD, Isometric
Drawings and Packages skid drawings.
* Co-ordination with the client for proper flow of information and document.
* Should have knowledge and experience of Flexibility analysis.
