Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and operational expertise in a
cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, collaborative, and
supportive teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the maintenance, servicing, and
renovation of rolling stock, infrastructure, and related activities meet the
highest standards and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely
with teams across the business (e.g., Quality Managers, Industrial Teams, and
other Team Leaders), lead your team to deliver on customer requirements, and




uphold safety and process standards, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of team management, performance monitoring, and
fostering continuous improvement, but also contribute to team development and
ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

We’ll look to you for:

* Leading and coordinating the team to meet maintenance and servicing
requirements within the working timetable.

* Delivering Start of Shift Briefings (SOSB) and End of Shift Briefings (EOSB)
to team members.

* Ensuring safe deployment of team members and maintaining a protected work
environment.

* Providing real-time updates to the Production Manager on work progress and
addressing deviations.

* Ensuring compliance with standard processes, documentation, and safety
procedures.

* Proactively supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying
smarter ways of working.

* Developing team skills, conducting regul
