. This role will combine selective front-office ownership of qualified customer opportunities with back-office business development, analysis, proposal, and value-storyline execution in partnership with the Middle East business consulting team.
Responsibilities
Key activities include
1) Business development and selective chance leadership for META digital transformation programs for operating companies:
Co-lead opportunity development for Honeywell AutonomyX and related transformation programs across META, working closely with the Middle East business consulting lead and regional sales teams, including
Research customer operating models, business priorities, performance improvement levers, and digital/autonomy transformation opportunities
Translate customer challenges into structured consulting problem statements linked to Honeywell and AutonomyX solutions
Own preparation of executive engagement materials, value hypotheses, customer narratives, and account-specific storylines for selected pursuits
Lead or actively participate in selected customer-facing discussions and workshops,



including preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-up from Pune or on site when required
Own customer-ready material including value propositions, executive summaries, business cases, case studies, and sales enablement content for assigned opportunities
Lead preparation and follow-through for selected regional demonstrations, conferences, campaigns, and strategic pursuits
Drive go-to-market planning inputs, account prioritization, white-space analysis, customer segmentation for Honeywell AutonomyX and Process Automation
2) Consulting workshops, studies and execution ownership
Lead or co-lead scoping of customer diagnostic exercises, workshops, value assessments, and consulting studies for selected META opportunities
Develop consulting proposals, workshop agendas, data request lists, workplans, interview guides, and analysis frameworks with appropriate regional input
