- Coordination with Liaison Consultants, Design Consultants, MEP Consultants & Construction Team.
- Obtaining necessary building permissions/approvals and ensure statutory compliances as per the latest building norms throughout the entire project.
- Preparing cash flows, budget and approval costs.
- Preparing worksheets about various FSI regulations such as 30(A), 33(20)(B), 33(11) of DCPR 2034.
- Preparing Plinth CC, further CC and OC Compliances.
- Ensuring to update Management on the recent developments in building norms, recent regulations and policies.
