As a FOS Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring the timely collection of EMI payments. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and support. Your main focus will be on visiting customer addresses and collecting EMI payments via online, cheque, or cash methods.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Handle a portfolio of X bucket customers who have failed to pay EMI on the due date.
Visit customer addresses (home, office) to collect EMI payments.
Accept payments via online methods, cheques, or cash.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to encourage timely EMI collections.
Keep accurate records of all collection activities and payments received.
Follow up on overdue payments and implement effective collection strategies.
Provide regular updates to the management team on collection progress.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.




Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in collections or customer service, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Proficiency in using online payment systems and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and quick-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of financial concepts and EMI payments is an asset.
A positive and customer-centric attitude is a must.
