The Role

StarRez is building the next generation of its Analytics and Reporting
capabilities. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the detailed
design and delivery of the data platform foundations behind this product.

You will lead the work to build a new data platform from the ground up,
including how data is ingested, transformed, modelled, governed and made
available for analytics. You will work closely with Principal Engineers on
broader architecture,



major technical decisions and alignment with the wider
StarRez technology landscape.

This is a hands-on individual contributor leadership role with no people
management responsibilities. You will contribute directly to implementation,
guide engineering work, review designs and code, and mentor engineers.

StarRez is an established SaaS product with a substantial .NET application and
relational database landscape. Prior .NET experience is not required. However,
you should be able to understand the application and its business workflows
after joining, navigate relevant areas of the codebase and collaborate
effectively on application and data integration points.

What You'll Own

* Drive the detailed design and implementation of the data platform through to
production.
* Design data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and analytical data
models.
* Define how the platform handles incremental processing
