ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Sourcing Specialist
with a strong background in identifying and engaging top talent in Information
Security and Cybersecurity domains. This role is focused purely on sourcing and
pipeline building, without stakeholder management responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract cybersecurity
professionals across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.).
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles such as:
* Security Analysts
* SOC Engineers
* Penetration Testers
* Security Architects
* GRC Specialists
* Cloud Security Engineers
* Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and
competitive intelligence.
* Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate interest and
basic qualifications.
* Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing metrics in the ATS.




* Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and
technologies.
* Collaborate with recruiters to hand off qualified candidates for further
evaluation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, with a strong focus on
Information Security and Cybersecurity roles.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH,
OSCP), and job functions.
* Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM,
etc.).
* Solid research and analytical skills to identify niche talent.
* Excellent written communication for candidate outreach and engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
