ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented logistics professional to
lead end-to-end Plant Logistics Operations. The role will be responsible for
managing Import, Export, Rail, Road, and Port Logistics while ensuring
operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and
best-in-class safety performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead complete inbound and outbound logistics operations for the plant.
* Manage Import and Export logistics including shipping, documentation, customs
coordination, and cargo movement.
* Oversee Rail Logistics including rake planning, loading/unloading, wagon
utilization, and liaison with Railway authorities.
* Manage Road Transportation operations, fleet deployment, transporter
performance, and dispatch planning.
* Drive Port Operations including vessel planning, cargo evacuation,
stevedoring, and coordination with Port Authorities.
