JOB PURPOSE

The AGM – Marketing is responsible for defining and driving the overall marketing vision, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution across all projects and geographies. The role focuses on building strong brand equity, accelerating sales velocity, maximizing revenue realization, and enabling long-term business growth through data-driven, integrated marketing strategies. This role acts as a strategic partner to Sales and Leadership, ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic
- GMR Realty Brand:
- Create and establish GMR Realty as a distinct, standalone real estate brand under the GMR Group, defining its vision, mission and long term ambition with the objective of positioning it among India’s leading real estate brands over a 5-10 year horizon
- Define the brand positioning and strategic value proposition for GMR Realty, ensuring explicit differentiation within the real estate sector and alignment with the group’s long term business objectives




- Design and own a scalable brand architecture that supports growth across multiple projects, cities and asset classes without dilution of brand intent
- Act as the custodian of brand strategy at the leadership level, ensuring that the key business, investment and expansion decisions remain aligned with the approved brand vision and positioning.
- Identify and prioritize the target customer segments, asset classes, price bands, and geographies that the brand will focus on, providing long term clarity for business and investment decisions
- Project Specific:
- Define the strategic positioning of each project in line with the GMR Realty brand vision, ensuring clarity on the project’s role within the overall portfolio
- Develop project positioning and key selling messages based on market study, competition analysis, target customer profile and pricing strategy
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for launc
