Your main responsibilities

Business Partner - Human Resources

The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement. While the role demands strategic mindset and consultative skills, he/ she should also have positive amount of execution focus.

The Human Resources function, its systems, tools and processes are in place to support effectively the business and to guarantee fair treatment of employees.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Partnering

• Align HR strategies with business goals.

• Participate in strategic planning to ensure HR capabilities support business needs.

• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
