Job Summary
The Associate Project Manager, Client Services, supports the successful delivery of eDiscovery projects throughout the Electronic Discovery Reference Model lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams, this role coordinates project activities, monitors timelines and deliverables, maintains accurate documentation, and helps ensure that projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with client requirements and Epiq’s quality standards.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, client-focused,



and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position provides an opportunity to further develop expertise in eDiscovery project management, legal technology, client relationship management, and global service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Delivery
- Support eDiscovery projects from initiation and planning through delivery and closure.
- Translate client requirements into transparent, actionable tasks and operational work requests.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support data intake, processing, hosting, document review, productions, and other eDiscovery activities.
