- Service & process detection rules, request attributesn
- Alerting,



problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscapen
- Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementationn
- Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configurationn
- ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira)n

- End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgraden
- At least one PoC or solution design ownershipn
- Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes)n
- Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHPn
- Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interactionn
- Experience in team handling / shift planning / governancen
