NRole Overview
nWe are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive who is comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings.
NYou will reach out to potential customers across Indian and international markets, introduce our product, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
NThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations with recent prospects, handling objections, and converting outreach into sales opportunities.

- Reach out to potential prospects through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach N
- Introduce Steps AI and clearly communicate the product's value proposition N
- Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities N
- Schedule product demo meetings for the sales team N
- Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the pipeline N
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in CRM tools N
- Handle objections and nurture prospects until they are ready for a meeting N
- Work with the sales andmarketing teams to improve outreach messaging and scripts N
