Job Description:

Position: Section Manager - Dispatch

Location: Bhilad near by Vapi

Experience: 3 – 5 Year

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end dispatch and finished goods operations.
- Plan daily dispatches as per sales orders and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transporters.
- Ensure accurate loading, documentation, invoicing and e-way bills.
- Monitor vehicle planning, route optimization and timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and dispatch records.
- Handle ERP/SAP transactions and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.
- Lead and manage the dispatch team and contract manpower.
- Track transporter performance, freight costs and delivery issues.




- Drive process improvement and minimize dispatch errors/delays.
