Core Responsibilities
The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive. Given the quick-moving nature of this work, the responsibilities may evolve and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Define a “Golden Set” of labels by reviewing sample data and applying predefined labels to identify missing and/or unnecessary labels on a project-by-project basis.
- Complete assigned data labeling tasks in line with productivity and quality targets, defined per project.
- Add clear and concise notes where none of the labels apply to the content being reviewed.
- Review and map customer feedback during any gaps in labeling tasks.




- Work on projects that may involve listening to or reading case summaries and making annotations on quality across text and audio formats.

Qualifications, Background & Experience Required
- Experience as a data labeler; preferred 2 years, open to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Experience in data labeling, ideally supporting similar programs in the relevant language.
- Proficient in FLP - minimum B2 level
- Exceptional reading, comprehension, and communication skills—both verbal and written, with the ability to concisely describe unlabeled content.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency, strong analytical thinking with an aptitude for root cause analysis.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; a self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented.
- High-performing individual with a dedication to excellence and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream – preferred.
