Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Program Management for Chennai location to lead strategic customer programs, drive operational excellence, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage complex projects, mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What a typical day looks like:
- Lead and manage high-impact customer programs from planning through execution,
ensuring delivery against business objectives, timelines, quality, and financial targets while being familiar with related tools.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Customer Focus Teams (CFT) to ensure seamless program execution.
- Provide Strong People leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted partner to customers, building solid relationships and proactively managing expectations, risks, and escalations.
- Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI), New Product Development (NPD), and Product Lifecycle Management activities.
- Monitor key operational and business metrics, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions to achieve program goals.
