nJob Description:
nL2 Support Engineer:
n1. Provide second-line support for network-related issues.
n2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Routing and Switching, Palo Alto, Check point, Citrix Net scalar.
n3. Manage escalations from the L1 team and resolve them within SLA.
n4.



Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices.
n5. Configure and support daily tasks and basic firewall rules.
n6. Document network issues, solutions, and changes.
n7. Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when required.
n8. Cisco ASA and Aruba Wireless Network.
nSoft Skills
n1. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
n2. Strong verbal and written communication.
n3. Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
n4. Good understanding of ITIL based Service Management processes.
n5.Willingness to work in shifts or on-call rotation (for L2).

nL3 Support Engineer :
n

n1. Act as a subject matter expert for complex network troubleshooting and optimization.
n2. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level LAN/WAN environments.
n3. Manage and secure firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto and Checkpoint).
n4. Handle high-severity incidents and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation.
