Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- Supports daily operations of the ERP system, including user support, configuration assistance, and issue resolution.
- Assists with data validation, data integrity, and master data maintenance across ERP modules.
- Generates reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business operations, financial reporting, project tracking, and resource planning.
- Provides technical support, troubleshoots system issues, documents findings, and escalates complex issues as needed.
- Creates training materials, user guides, and delivers end-user training.
