1) Job Purpose:
To lead regional land acquisition, land aggregation, stakeholder management, and government liaison activities for Wind, Solar, and Hybrid renewable energy projects while ensuring timely land availability, regulatory compliance, and seamless project execution across the assigned region.
2) Job Context & Major Challenges:
Operating in a high-growth renewable energy environment, the role is responsible for managing large-scale land acquisition activities involving multiple villages, landowners, local authorities, consultants, and government stakeholders across remote project locations.
Key challenges include securing contiguous land parcels under aggressive timelines, managing local stakeholder sensitivities, resolving ROW and land disputes, handling government approvals, mitigating project risks arising from land issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between field operations and project execution teams.
The role requires a mature regional leader with solid Rajasthan market exposure, deep understanding of land acquisition processes, strong government liaison capability,



and proven experience in independently driving large-scale renewable energy land acquisition activities.
